Block deals: HDFC Bank’s 0.01% stake is sold by Copthall Mauritius Investment

LTS Investment Fund Ltd was the seller, and Albula Investment Fund Ltd bought 47.2 lakh shares (2.93 percent) for Rs 122.85 a share.

Block trades involving 70.7 lakh shares were conducted on both exchanges on September 2.

Among the buyers were The Hospital Authority Provident Fund Scheme (10,550 shares), State Street Global Advisors Luxembourg SICAV Strategic Global Emerging Markets Indian Equity Fund (28,000 shares), MTBJ Ltd. (8.46 lakh shares), and The Bureau of Labor Funds – Labor Pension Fund (68,547 shares).

Trent

At a price of Rs 7115 per share, Siddhartha Yog acquired 10.09 lakh shares (0.28 percent) of Trent, with Dodona Holdings Limited acting as the seller.

At Rs 7,151.95, the shares closed 0.10 percent lower.

The Mangalam Organics

Devita Rajkumar Saraf was the seller of the 3.2 lakh shares, which Kamalkumar Ramgopal Dujodwala purchased for Rs 557 each.

At Rs 545, the shares ended the day 0.19 percent lower.

Anti-Educational Initiatives

LTS Investment Fund Ltd was the seller, and Albula Investment Fund Ltd bought 47.2 lakh shares (2.93 percent) for Rs 122.85 a share.

At Rs123.25, the shares closed 0.10 percent higher.
