Following his release from jail due to SC relief, Manish Sisodia beams broadly as he is greeted by hundreds of AAP supporters.

Upon his arrest on February 26, 2023, Sisodia was met outside the jail by hundreds of supporters of the AAP.

Manish Sisodia, the former deputy chief minister of Delhi, was granted bail by the Supreme Court in the liquor policy case, and he left the Tihar jail on Friday. “Aap sabko Manish Sisodia ka namaskar,” he declared in his first speech to the AAP following his release from custody.

Hundreds of AAP supporters met Sisodia upon his arrest on February 26, 2023, outside the jail, chanting “jail ke taale tootenge” (jail locks will be broken).

During his speech to supporters, the AAP leader expressed his gratitude to BR Ambedkar, the man who drafted the Indian Constitution.
