The first Sankranti after marriage is very important in Telugu tradition. Sobhita gave followers a peek inside the happy occasion with their family by posting pictures from the event on Instagram.

The first Sankranti following a wedding is regarded as extremely significant in Telugu tradition and is usually observed with both families. Sobhita gave followers a preview of their party by posting tidbits about it on her Instagram Stories.

After a brief courtship, the pair was married in December 2024. They uploaded a photo of the customary campfire and celebrated Bhogi, a component of the Sankranti holiday, the day before Sankranti. “Bhogi, renewal, transformation,” which Sobhita wrote as a caption for the photo, represents the next stage of their life together.

Sobhita posted a lovely solo mirror picture on the day of Sankranti. She looked wonderful in a traditional red saree with a shirt that contrasted with the color of sandals. She looked stunning at the event, with her hair arranged in a tidy bun. She also posted a sweet picture of her and Chaitanya’s feet next to a rangoli sticker that included a heart emoji, signifying their love and unity.

Sobhita used a drooling emoji to express her enthusiasm for the traditional sweet pongal, which was one of the highlights of their Sankranti festivities. The thrill of spending their first Sankranti as newlyweds and the celebratory meals were obviously relished by the pair.

After dating since 2022, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala were engaged in a private ceremony in Hyderabad on August 8, 2024. Following their engagement, they had a lavish wedding at Hyderabad’s renowned Annapurna Studios in December 2024. Their first Sankranti together was the ideal way to commemorate this new chapter in their life, which has been full of love and festivities from dating to marriage.
