The International Cricket Council has asked the Pakistan Cricket Board for its stance on hosting the Champions Trophy under a hybrid model after India declined to travel to Pakistan. The PCB confirmed on Sunday that it received an ICC email about India’s refusal to play in Pakistan. “Unless the PCB withdraws from hosting, the current plan is to hold India’s matches in the UAE, with the final in Dubai,” a source told PTI on Monday.
